Hunterdon Homes, LLC can provide you with a custom modular design including preliminary floor plan(s) and elevation(s) of your concept. Develop your concept with Hunterdon Homes, LLC, and this will enable you, the consumer, to submit for competitive estimates from other modular builders in addition to receiving a detailed estimate from Hunterdon Homes, LLC.
Your custom design development starts with executing a Contract Drawing Agreement. The Contract Drawing Agreement (CDA) provides you with a scaled, modular drawing document direct from supplier and a final, stamped permit set of drawings. Included in the package will be a complete HVAC design set which is completed by a third party, professional HVAC designer. So, submit your photographs, design criteria and other unique features for your new modular home and let us get started designing your new custom modular home! And, the design fees are credited toward the cost of the home when purchased from Hunterdon Homes, LLC.
